With a small but expert team of nutritionists ,wellness coaches and dietitians she is serving personalized diet and lifestyle management plans to clients worldwide to manage weight, hormonal disorders like thyroid, PCOD /PCOS, lifestyle diseases like diabetes, hypertension, obesity etc.
She does not believe in strict fancy diet like Mediterranean diet ,intermittent fasting ,ketogenic diet,zero carb diet etc which will unreasonably create deficiencies in body which will lead to different health issues in future,Rather she encourages balanced meal in Holistic approach.

No, because we don't have one. All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits, medical history, body analysis and lifestyle. We do not sell pre-defined or fixed diet plans, therefore we are unable to provide any sample.

Diet plays a very important role, however, how well you are managing all of the pillars of lifestyle will dictate your results.

We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle changes that we recommend. Moreover, lifestyle changes are about integrating those into your life regardless of what you are up to.
Vacations, family functions, travelling or not feeling well should not become a factor to stop eating healthy. Though if for some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us.
If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 3 weeks break in 6 month program, and 6 weeks break in 12 month program.
Hold/Pause facility is not applicable to 1 or 3 month programs.
First of all, there is no room for dissatisfaction if you begin with the right expectations and attitude. This is healthcare, not business. There is no exchange of product. We charge you for our time and expertise, which is irreversible.
In case you do not lose weight or achieve the desired result (for which the chances are less than 10%), the worst that will happen is you would have gained health, understood what works and what not for your body and have figured out the root cause to continue at your own pace in life.
Note that due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances. So it is important to set your expectations right before joining.
If you interrupt or stop the ongoing programme for any reason (such as change of mind, pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this programme that are not yet paid shall remain due.
